Leslie Carr, LSCSW, is the Director of Learning and Development at Advisors Excel in Topeka, Kansas. A licensed clinician, Leslie leverages more than twenty years of expertise in program administration, mental health treatment, and instructional design. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Washburn University.

Known for her human-centered approach, Leslie creates innovative development programs and champions adult education, helping drive growth and well-being across the organization. She resides in Topeka with her husband and two sons.
