A Wendy’s franchisee for 18 years, Kirk has 20 stores in Topeka, Kansas City Joplin.

He is the owner of the first Rock and Brews multi unit franchisee.  His first store opened May, 2014 in Overland Park. It is the 6th store in the chain. There are 10 locations open nationwide. Kirk has Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Colorado as development territory.
